Over Columbus Day weekend, the entire world watched as President Donald J. Trump did what no other leader had managed in eons: brokered a peace agreement between Israel, Hamas, and most of the Arab world. The deal wasn’t luck. It was the result of a disciplined approach to foreign policy that treats peace as something earned through strength, not wished for or just talked about.
For decades, Middle East foreign policy has been defined by lack of action and by false promises. Administration after administration pledged peace but lacked the leverage and skill to deliver results. President Trump, the master negotiator, broke this cycle. During his first term, he achieved historic progress through the Abraham Accords, proving that lasting peace in the region is possible. But that momentum evaporated under Joe Biden’s weak leadership. Now, the world is once again witnessing President Trump restore that progress, taking the first step toward a new era of peace and stability in the Middle East.
Unlike the career politicians who have built their reputations on empty rhetoric, President Trump came to office with a much different background. As a businessman, he developed negotiation skills that created a new approach to American leadership. Rather than following the traditional playbook, he has prioritized American interests while securing tangible outcomes.
The strategy is simple but powerful: back words with action. President Trump rebuilt relationships with key Arab nations, stayed loyal to Israel, and made it clear that the United States would defend its friends and hold their adversaries accountable. That consistency created the trust and respect needed to bring both sides to the table.
President Biden entered the office promising “quiet diplomacy,” but the result was confusion, retreat, and weakness. Iran grew more aggressive, Hamas rearmed, Hezbollah grew stronger, Iran terror proxies wreaked havoc in Iraq and Syria, the Houthis terrorized the world with attacks on commercial shipping, and America lost our respect on the world stage. When Washington hesitates, our adversaries are empowered to act — and not for the better. The Middle East descended into chaos because America stopped leading.
President Trump’s return as the leader of the free world changed the dynamic overnight. Leaders who were confused about their promised American allyship suddenly had a partner they could once again rely on. His historic trip to the Middle East was America showing up in person to speak directly to the countries that have faced the most turmoil in recent years. It reestablished our role in the world. He worked directly with world leaders, discussed disagreements, and produced results that diplomats had only talked about for years. The release of hostages and the renewed cooperation among Arab states is evidence of this progress.
President Trump treats foreign policy as an extension of national strength, not as an alternative to it. He believes peace is maintained when America is confident, self-reliant, and respected.
As a result, adversaries think twice, allies feel emboldened, and the world is more peaceful.
The broader lesson is one America keeps relearning, and one President Trump understands well: global peace depends on American leadership. When we lead, the world steadies. When we step back, conflict erupts. It’s not about being the world’s policeman; it’s about being the world’s anchor.
His latest achievement isn’t just a notch in his belt; it’s a reminder of what strong leadership can accomplish. In a matter of months, he reversed years of decline, restored trust among our allies, and re-established America as THE world leader. That’s not just playing politics, it’s getting results that make America, and its allies much safer.
The Middle East is not completely wiped clean of its biblical challenges, but for the first time in years, there’s genuine hope. That hope exists because the United States once again has a leader who acts decisively and understands that peace comes from strength.
The Trump Foreign Policy Doctrine is simple: peace through strength. It worked before, it’s working again, and it’s exactly what the world desperately needs right now.
President Trump has restored America’s role as the leader of the free world and defender of peace across the globe.
Our allies can once again rest easy knowing America has their back.
President Trump is the president of peace, progress, and strength — and under his administration’s leadership, America is once again leading with confidence and courage.
