WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Ronny Jackson (TX-13) introduced the Male or Female Only Act. This bill will prohibit any U.S. government form, survey, or document from including any gender identity options other than ”male” or “female”.
“Democrats have spent years pushing ideology that ignores the basic truth and science of biological sex, and the American people are tired of it,” said Rep. Ronny Jackson. “My bill restores common sense and advances President Trump’s executive order by requiring every federal agency to recognize the simple fact every American already knows that there are only two genders, male or female.”
Cosponsors include Representative Sheri Biggs (SC-03), Paul Gosar (AZ-09), Diana Harshbarger (TN-01), and Barry Moore (AL-01).
